COVID-19 vendor and partner guidelines
To address the continuing risk of COVID-19 transmission in a large event environment, the Bank of America Chicago Marathon has implemented a COVID-19 mitigation program involving the verification of vaccine status or a negative test result of all participants who are participating in the Bank of America Chicago Marathon, the Abbott Chicago 5K and all individuals (including non-participants) attending the Abbott Health and Fitness Expo at McCormick Place. In addition to face covering requirements, as well as distancing and density considerations, this verification is part of a multi-layered COVID-19 mitigation program to reduce risk of transmission at the event and related activities.
Download the Testing Guidance PDF from the Chicago Public Health Department for nearby testing locations or visit the City of Chicago’s COVID Testing webpage to identify more Chicago area providers.
