2026 Abbott Health & Fitness Expo exhibitor information

Below is all the information you need to prepare for your exhibit at the 2026 Abbott Health & Fitness Expo. As a registered vendor, you will need this information to coordinate your booth setup with McCormick Place and Freeman Decorating, including material handling, shipping details, internet / Wi-Fi, signage, electrical and other on-site necessities.
  • EXPO HOURS AND KEY DATES

    EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN – LOADING DOCK

    Tuesday, Oct. 6: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (20×20 booths and larger only)
    Wednesday, Oct. 7: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

    EXPO HOURS – OPEN TO PUBLIC

    Thursday, Oct. 8: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
    Friday, Oct. 9: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
    Saturday, Oct. 10: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

    EXHIBITOR MOVE-OUT

    Saturday, Oct. 10: 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

    PARKING

    Parking will be available to all Abbott Health & Fitness Expo attendees at McCormick Place Parking Lots A and C for a reduced rate of $13 (Thursday, October 8 – Saturday, October 10) only.

    To receive the discounted rate, pick up a parking validation card with a QR code from volunteers located near the exit of the Abbott Health & Fitness Expo. When paying for parking at the exit kiosk, scan your parking ticket first, then scan the QR code on the validation card to reduce the parking fee from $27 to $13 before completing your payment.

    Please note, parking is available throughout the McCormick Place campus for $27. Parking Lots A and C are the only parking lots eligible for the reduced $13 parking rate (Thursday, October 8 – Saturday, October 10).

  • BOOTH SETUP & FREEMAN SERVICES

    As a registered exhibitor, you will coordinate your booth setup with McCormick Place and Freeman Decorating. Use the links below to access services including material handling, signage, electrical, internet, and phone.

    ASUV PROGRAM (SMALL VEHICLE UNLOADING)

    McCormick Place allows exhibitors to unload small privately-owned vehicles without hiring labor at designated areas. Show management determines hours of operation. We encourage exhibitors to participate in the ASUV program using one of the options listed on our website.

    OVG Hospitality manages all food and beverage sampling at McCormick Place. Complete and return the form below. Information on cold storage and sampling size guidelines is included in the form.

  • EXHIBITOR CREDENTIAL REGISTRATION

    Please follow the below steps to receive exhibitor credentials:

    1. Register using the link below. Each staff member must use a unique email address.
    2. Add eventstaff@cemevent.com to your address book to ensure you receive your confirmation email (subject: 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon – Exhibitor confirmation, sender: 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon).
    3. Bring your confirmation email and a photo ID to exhibitor check-in at the main Expo entrance (North Building) to receive a credential.
    4. Ensure ALL booth staff are registered. Those who are not registered will not receive a credential and will not have access to the Expo Hall.

    • Tuesday, October 6: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the main Expo entrance [20×20 and larger only]
    • Wednesday, October 7: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the main Expo entrance
    • Thursday, October 8: 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the main Expo entrance
    • Friday, October 9: 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the main Expo entrance
    • Saturday, October 10: 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the main Expo entrance

    Note: Credentials are only required for exhibitors who need access to the Expo Hall outside of public hall hours. Exhibitors working only during hall hours do not need a credential, as the Expo is open to the public during that time. Photo ID is required at pickup

    CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI)

    All Exhibitors are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance via email to insurance@cemevent.com by Friday, September 25, 2026. Please review our requirements in the following link: chicagomarathon.com/coi

    RACE WEEKEND INSURANCE COVERAGE

    Exhibitors that need to purchase race weekend insurance coverage to meet our requirements should contact insurance@cemevent.com
