2018 Abbott Health & Fitness Expo Exhibit Hall

The Abbott Health & Fitness Expo features more than 180 exhibitors offering Bank of America Chicago Marathon merchandise and the latest in running footwear, apparel, nutrition and technology. Additionally, the Health & Fitness Expo is the home of the participant packet pick-up for all Marathon participants. Held at Chicago’s McCormick Place, the two-day Expo is free and open to the public.

Participant packet pick-up

Items to be picked up include:

  • Bib number and safety pins
  • MYLAPS BibTag timing device
  • Gear check tag
  • Nike participant running shirt
  • Participant bag
  • Complimentary post-race 312 Urban Wheat Ale beer ticket*

*For participants age 21 and over

Packet pick-up is located at the Abbott Health & Fitness Expo, McCormick Place. All packets and bags must be picked up at the Health & Fitness Expo during regular Expo hours. Packets and bags are not available for pick-up the day of the event and will not be mailed to participants.

Participants must present their packet pick-up ticket or email along with a photo ID in order to receive their participant packet and participant bag.

You must pick up your participant packet and participant bag in person at the Abbott Health & Fitness Expo during regularly scheduled hours. These items (participant packets, bags and running shirts) will not be available for pickup on race day, and will not be mailed. Individuals will not be allowed to pick up these items on behalf of others.

Parking will be available to all Abbott Health & Fitness Expo Attendees at McCormick Place Parking Lot A for a reduced rate of $10. You must have your parking ticket validated at the Health & Fitness Expo in order to receive the reduced rate. View driving directions to McCormick Place Parking Lot A.

Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) transit tips
The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) offers an economical and convenient way to get to and from the Health & Fitness Expo. For information on CTA fares and transit directions to McCormick Place.

South Shore Line
Participants and spectators are encouraged to take the South Shore Line to the Bank of America Chicago Marathon. The South Shore Line runs from South Bend, Indiana to Chicago with stops along the way.

Abbott Health & Fitness Expo attendees are encouraged to take advantage of Metra’s $10 weekend pass for unlimited rides on both Saturday and Sunday. For more information on Metra service, visit metrarail.com or call 312.322.6777.
