Training Program

Nike’s Official Bank of America Chicago Marathon Training Program starts in June and takes you all the way to the finish line on October 13, 2013. Nike running coaches have developed three downloadable training programs: “Finish a Race” for first time and novice marathon runners, “Set a New PR” for intermediate runners, and “Lead from the Front” for advanced runners. To download the training program that best fits your ability click on the links below.

Please note that the “Finish a Race” is an 18-week training program. The “Set a New PR” and “Lead from the Front” are both 15-week programs.
