Entitled sponsors are allotted one (1) time use of the Chicago Marathon E-Newsletter database

• Email content to be provided and sent to the database by the Bank of America Chicago Marathon
  • Accepted file formats include JPG, TIFF, or PNG.
  • Files cannot be wider than 600px. Files exceeding this width will be resized to fit within the e-mail format
  • Delivery: Submission of creative must include a subject line and URL redirect via email to sponsorship@cemevent.com.
• Entitled sponsors will be assigned distribution dates. Please contact Mia for more information.

Metrics

• Full database of the newsletter is approximately 90,000 contacts
• Newsletter metrics can be provided 3-5 business days after transmission
