Sponsor communication
From a contractual entitlement standpoint, we want to relay that event communication channels are open. When assets are developed that will be promoted through Bank of America Chicago Marathon channels, please keep in mind several suggestions and best practices. In doing so, the content will be better fit into our communication cadence as we collectively traverse this interesting time
- Image selection: Submit supporting imagery that depicts individuals or groups that are socially distanced
- Content: promotional content should take into account the current situation and the unique needs of our fans during this unique time
- Approvals: Requesting the assets be submitted at least two weeks prior to the intended promotion date and please note that all content is subject to additional approvals during this time. All content to be mutually agreed upon.
- Event references: if the event is referenced, please ensure the full name is used, new logos found here.
