A link to access MarathonFoto images will be emailed to individuals who purchased this product within one week after race day. If you do not see the email after one week, first check your junk/spam folder. The email will have a subject line: Order Confirmation – Order # followed by a nine-digit order number. In addition to the email communication, participants can now locate their order straight from their gallery page on MarathonFoto.com. Refer to the top of your photo gallery underneath your name. There is a box that reads: “Already Ordered? – If you are trying to access the photos from your previous purchase, click here to access your order.”

iTAB
iTABs will be mailed to those who purchased this product in the weeks following the event. The product will be mailed to the address listed in your Participant Account after results are finalized. Shipping typically takes place approximately three weeks after race day, and exact timing is dependent on the ratification of the results.

2025 Results Book
A physical copy of the 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon Results Book will be mailed to those who purchased this product in the months following the event. The product will be mailed to the address you listed in your Participant Account after results are finalized. The Results Book is anticipated to arrive by the end of 2025.

Skyline Hospitality Tent
Individuals who purchased race day hospitality tickets will receive a communication before race week with additional information. Please note, Skyline Hospitality Tent tickets were emailed on Wednesday, September 24.

Finisher Package
The Finisher Package includes an iTAB, a 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon Results Book and all your MarathonFoto race day images. See above sections for fulfillment timelines on these products and who to contact should you have an issue with product fulfillment.
Fast Track
This exclusive product offers expedited entrance into Grant Park through a dedicated Fast Track security lane at Michigan Avenue and Harrison Street, as well as access to private portable restrooms pre-race near each gear check tent. If you have question related to priority access on race weekend, please email office@chicagomarathon.com.
Abbott Chicago 5K
Abbott Chicago 5K participants will receive event communications in the weeks leading up to the event. As a reminder, if you purchased packet mailing, your Abbott Chicago 5K bib and commemorative knit hat will be mailed to the address you provided in your Participant Account in mid-September. If you did not purchase packet mailing, you must pick up your Abbott Chicago 5K bib at the Abbott Health & Fitness Expo.

Beer tickets
Purchased beer tickets must be picked up at the Abbott Health & Fitness Expo during regularly scheduled hours. Beer tickets will be available at the Sales and Redemption booth within the Packet Pick-up area. Please be prepared to show a photo ID when picking up your purchased products. Additional tickets will also be for sale at the booth while supplies last.
Heatsheets
Purchased Heatsheets must be picked up at the Abbott Health & Fitness Expo during regularly scheduled hours. Heatsheets will be available at the Sales and Redemption booth within the Packet Pick-up area. Please be prepared to show a photo ID when picking up your purchased products. Additional Heatsheets will also be for sale at the booth while supplies last.
