The Bank of America Chicago Marathon welcomes participants from around the world for a one-of-a-kind racing experience on the streets of Chicago. Bank of America employees interested in joining the race weekend experience receive additional benefits and offers. EMPLOYEE REGISTRATION
Employees interested in running are encouraged to take advantage of a unique guaranteed entry opportunity. Bank of America employees can register and receive a guaranteed entry to the 2024 Chicago Marathon. In addition, employee fees to enter this immensely popular race, one of the Abbott World Marathon Majors, are discounted $100.
To be eligible for the Bank of America Chicago Marathon discounted race registration:
- You must be an active Bank of America employee at the time of registration.
- The registration must be in the employee’s name. (NOTE: this registration link cannot be used for other names, such as a spouse or client)
Contractors are not eligible for discounted race registrations.
EMPLOYEE REGISTRATION DETAILS
Registration for Bank of America employees will open on Tuesday, October 17 and close on Wednesday, June 12.
ENTRY FEE*
The entry fee reflects the cost and the resources required to stage a world-class marathon. Every dollar that is collected through registration is invested back into the event to help cover these expenses and to enhance the overall participant experience.
- U.S. residents (those who live in one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories): $140 (USD)
- Non-U.S. residents: $150 (USD)
Applicants must provide credit card information as a part of the application process. The entry fee is processed automatically when an application is approved.
*A processing fee is applied to all entry fees.
RACE DAY HOSPITALITY
The Skyline Hospitality Tent allows employee runners and guests to receive additional services and amenities while attending the Marathon. Employees can purchase up to four (4) individual hospitality tickets for $160 each, a $100 discount off the regular, public rate. Employees will be given the option to purchase discounted hospitality as a part of their normal registration while supplies last. Employee participants should purchase tickets through their Participant Account. Employee spectators interested in purchasing tickets can do so online.

BANK OF AMERICA CHICAGO DISTANCE SERIES
Take part in the second annual Bank of America Chicago Distance Series in 2024! The Chicago Distance Series is made up of Chicago’s premier racing portfolio: the Shamrock Shuffle, Chicago 13.1 and Chicago Marathon. The three unique races span the outdoor running season and celebrate the vibrant and diverse nature of our local and global running communities.
Individuals who finish all 2024 events will receive a unique Bank of America Chicago Distance Series medal and a guaranteed entry into the 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon.
To be eligible for the Bank of America Chicago Distance Series discounted race registrations:
