ANCILLARY PRODUCT FULFILLMENT

A link to access MarathonFoto images will be emailed to individuals who purchased this product within one week after race day. If you do not see the email after one week, first check your junk/spam folder. The email will have a subject line: Order Confirmation – Order # followed by a nine-digit order number. In addition to the email communication, participants can now locate their order straight from their gallery page on MarathonFoto.com. Refer to the top of your photo gallery underneath your name. There is a box that reads: “Already Ordered? – If you are trying to access the photos from your previous purchase, click here to access your order.”

itabs will be mailed to those who purchased this product in the weeks following the event. The product will be mailed to the address listed in your Participant Account after results are finalized. Shipping typically takes place approximately three weeks after race day, and exact timing is dependent on the ratification of the results.

A physical copy of the 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon Results Book will be mailed to those who purchased this product in the months following the event. The product will be mailed to the address you listed in your Participant Account after results are finalized. The Results Book is anticipated to arrive by the end of 2026.

Individuals who purchased race day hospitality tickets will receive a communication before race week with additional information. Please note, Skyline Hospitality Tent tickets will be emailed on Wednesday, September 30.

This exclusive product offers expedited entrance into Grant Park through a dedicated Fast Track security lane at Michigan Avenue and Harrison Street, as well as access to private portable restrooms pre-race near each gear check tent. If you have question related to priority access on race weekend, please email office@chicagomarathon.com.

Purchased Fast Track wristbands must be picked up at the Abbott Health & Fitness Expo during regularly scheduled hours. Fast Track wristbands will be available at the Products & Tickets counter within the Packet Pick-up area. Please be prepared to show a photo ID when picking up your purchased products.

Abbott Chicago 5K participants will receive event communications in the weeks leading up to the event. As a reminder, if you purchased packet mailing, your Abbott Chicago 5K bib and commemorative knit hat will be mailed to the address you provided in your Participant Account in mid-September. If you did not purchase packet mailing, you must pick up your Abbott Chicago 5K bib at the Abbott Health & Fitness Expo.
