The Hilton Chicago is the official headquarter hotel of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon. Overlooking Grant Park and Lake Michigan, the Hilton Chicago boasts 1,544 deluxe guest rooms. With over 500 daily flights at Chicago O’Hare International (ORD) and the ability to connect on to more than 120 destinations worldwide, American is proud to bring people to the Windy City. American Airlines is the official airline of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon.

GO Airport Express
GO Airport Express offers efficient and economical shared-ride shuttles from O’Hare and Midway airports. The GO Airport Express counters are in the baggage claim area of the airport. Shuttles depart every 10 to 15 minutes.

Parking

All participants and spectators are strongly encouraged to use public transportation race weekend. If you drive, allow sufficient time for heavy traffic congestion and street closures due to the race.

Millennium Garages offer the closest race day parking options to Grant Park at the Grant Park North, Grant Park South, Millennium Park and Millennium Lakeside garages.

Chicago Transit Authority (CTA)
The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) offers an economical and convenient way to get to and from Grant Park on race day. For the most up-to-date travel information and to learn how to use the CTA bus and rail system visit transitchicago.com.

Metra
On race day, Metra will run special inbound and outbound trains. These trains will operate in addition to regularly scheduled Sunday train service.

Participants and spectators are encouraged to take advantage of Metra’s $ 10-weekend pass for unlimited rides on both Saturday and Sunday. For more information on Metra service, visit metrarail.com or call 312.322.6777.

South Shore Line
Participants and spectators are encouraged to take the South Shore Line to the Bank of America Chicago Marathon. The South Shore Line runs from South Bend, Indiana to Chicago with stops along the way.

On race day, runners are treated to a 26.2-mile tour of diverse cultures, historic buildings and residences, renowned architecture, vibrant murals and the mouth-watering scents of some of the best dining in the world. Chicago is a city of neighborhoods and we are proud to call these the 29 neighborhood partners of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon.
